Barista – Doha

Salary: 1000 QR per month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in the field and must be willing to work with a diverse team.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Barista
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
• Great customer service skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks/orders simultaneously
• Knowledge of coffee drinks, barista tools, and beverage preparation techniques is preferred but not mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers with a friendly attitude
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
• Follow all company policies and procedures when handling orders
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including countertops, tables, shelves, etc.
• Receive payments from customers as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to take initiative while working independently or as part of a team
