SALES MANAGER – DOHA

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing new strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be required to manage a team of sales professionals, develop effective sales strategies, build relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities in the market. The Sales Manager will need to ensure that all sales goals are met and that customer service is of the highest standard. They will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Salary:
The salary offered for this role is 1200 per month.

This role is based in Doha.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
