4. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes that will delight our guests. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of quality and service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff, developing menus, designing recipes, and managing all aspects of food production including purchasing, inventory control, cost management and ensuring that all health standards are met.
5. Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Proven experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and nutritional values
• Previous experience with menu creation and recipe development
• Outstanding leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of health codes and safety regulations pertaining to food handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred
