Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-level culinary team in a city renowned for its cuisine. We are offering an excellent salary of 1600, as well as a range of benefits to the successful candidate.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the entire kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in creating menus, developing recipes, designing new dishes, cost control and food safety management. They must also be well-versed in current culinary trends and able to manage staff performance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Previous experience with food safety regulations
• Proven track record of creating innovative menus that drive customer satisfaction
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
