Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Florist in Doha for a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating floral arrangements to the highest standards of quality and design, and providing impeccable customer service. Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet all customers promptly, professionally and with enthusiasm
• Collaborate with customers to determine their preferences for floral arrangements
• Prepare elaborate designs or basic bouquets using fresh flowers
• Purchase fresh flowers from suppliers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with the daily operations of the store, including cleaning, stocking shelves, running errands etc.
• Ensure all products are priced correctly and displayed attractively
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to ensure customer satisfaction
• Remain flexible to perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in floriculture or botany is preferred.
• Previous experience as a florist or related field is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting heavy boxes of flowers on a regular basis. • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills are essential. • Knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office would be beneficial but not required. • Knowledge of local suppliers would be advantageous but not essential.
