Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of chemical production processes and laboratory techniques
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues from all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail
