Executive Chef - 1200 QAR/Month - Doha
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading culinary teams in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting;
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu design, and cost management;
• Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff;
• Outstanding ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Food safety certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Developing recipes for new dishes, special menus, and other related items;
• Designing menus for various occasions including banquets, weddings, corporate events, etc.;
• Creating an atmosphere that encourages staff development and team spirit;
• Ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards of quality;
• Monitoring overall kitchen performance including inventory control systems, cost management systems, labor management systems, and food safety standards;
• Maintaining an open dialogue between the front-of-house staff and back-of-house staff regarding menu items & specials;
