Job Description:
We are looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying and land management. This position entails taking accurate measurements for the purpose of constructing or developing land properties. The successful candidate should also be able to analyze survey data and create detailed reports with their findings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Surveyor
• Excellent understanding of surveying principles and practices
• Knowledgeable in land management regulations and laws
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read topographical maps
• Skilled in the use of surveying equipment, such as GPS devices, total stations, levels etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others

Responsibilities:
• Carry out surveys for the purpose of measuring land properties accurately and precisely
• Collect data from field surveys, ensure accuracy of measurements
• Interpret survey results along with client information to determine best solutions or strategies for development plans
• Record survey data accurately and maintain detailed records of all survey activities
• Analyze collected data accurately using AutoCAD software • Prepare detailed reports based on analysis results and present them to stakeholders • Participate in meetings and discussions related to surveying projects • Comply with safety regulations when operating surveying equipment
