Tasks:
• Assess patient condition by analyzing patient history, symptoms, physical examinations, laboratory tests, etc.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment results and in consultation with other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor the progress of patients by taking vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature regularly
• Provide education to patients and their families on proper health care techniques such as proper nutrition or wound care management
• Record patient information accurately in medical records such as diagnosis results or changes in condition
