Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
• 1+ years of experience in land surveying
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations related to land surveying

Duties:
The primary role of the Land Surveyor is to provide accurate measurements for land boundaries and other geographical features. The surveyor will use specialized software and equipment such as Total Stations and GPS systems to collect data from the field. The surveyor will also analyze data collected from surveys and prepare reports that include measurements, calculations, maps, diagrams or sketches. In addition, the surveyor may be required to inspect properties prior to surveys being conducted.
