We are looking to hire a Secretary for our Doha office. We offer an attractive salary of 1800 and are open to consider an immigrant.

The successful candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, arranging travel and meetings, scheduling appointments, filing documents and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. They will also provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient with computers, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). The ability to multi-task is essential and the candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
