Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys, analyzing survey data, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of land surveying practices and have a good understanding of the applicable rules and regulations. The ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and other documents accurately is essential. The Land Surveyor will also be required to perform field surveys using appropriate tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, or theodolites.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to interpret survey results for various stakeholders including government agencies. Attention to detail is essential as accuracy is paramount in this role. A valid driver’s license is also required for this role.

We are offering a salary of 1600 SAR per month for this position plus other benefits as applicable. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this role.
