We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land survey work, and will be familiar with local regulations and standards. We are offering a salary of 1200 Riyals per month; we are also willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

The Land Surveyor's duties will include conducting surveys of construction sites, researching legal documents such as deeds and boundary agreements, preparing maps for land development projects, and providing advice on land disputes or boundary issues. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of surveying methods and instruments, including GPS systems, theodolites, total stations, and levels. They must be proficient in using AutoCAD software and GIS programs to prepare plans quickly and accurately.

The Land Surveyor should also possess excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the project. Excellent organizational skills are essential to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Furthermore, they must be able to assess any risks associated with the survey work before proceeding with it.
