Job Description: Land Surveyor (Riyadh)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field;
• Knowledge of surveying principles and practices;
• Previous experience in land surveying;
• Ability to work independently in the field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze maps and other documents;
• Ability to use GPS, Total Station, GIS software, etc.;
• Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage;
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform boundary surveys for residential and commercial properties;
• Take measurements of land features such as elevations, terrain contours, distances between points, etc.;
• Ensure accuracy of all survey data collected in the field using computer-aided measurement instruments;
• Utilize GIS software to generate maps outlining survey results for clients; • Provide accurate reports on survey results.

Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1300 SAR per month plus additional benefits including medical insurance coverage.
