The ideal candidate should have at least one year's experience in the culinary field, preferably in a professional environment such as a restaurant or hotel. A creative flair and strong knowledge of flavours is essential to succeed in this role. You should also have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations and be able to work well under pressure.

In addition to preparing delicious meals, you will be responsible for overseeing other kitchen staff members and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will need outstanding organizational and communication skills to ensure good working relationships with all members of the team.
