The vacancy for a Barista in Riyadh is now open! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about coffee to join our team. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1800 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Description: The Barista position entails maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Barista will be responsible for preparing hot drinks such as coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages for customers as well as providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Barista will need to perform other duties such as cleaning tasks, stocking shelves with supplies, taking orders from customers, greeting customers when they arrive at the store, and answering questions about food items or services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Prepare coffee drinks according to customers’ orders
•Greet customers upon their arrival
•Maintain cleanliness of the work area
•Answer questions about menu items
•Take orders from customers
•Stock shelves with supplies such as cups, napkins, stirrers etc.
•Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with minimal work experience however someone who demonstrates enthusiasm and passion related to coffee-making is preferred. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in both English & Arabic language. Moreover they must demonstrate basic knowledge of food safety procedures including proper hygiene & sanitation methods. Knowledge of different brewing methods is also preferred but not essential for this role.

Skills: In addition to the qualifications above we are looking for someone with the energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality assurance & customer satisfaction. This person should also be able to multitask while working efficiently without compromising on quality or speed of service. Furthermore they should possess strong problem solving skills as well as good organizational skills that can come in handy when dealing with multiple tasks at once.
