Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in the culinary industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, overseeing the menu planning and food preparation, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard of quality. You will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Developing menus and recipes according to restaurant standards
• Purchasing ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations
• Supervising kitchen staff during meal preparation and service
• Ensuring that all food is prepared correctly and safely
• Monitoring portion sizes and presentation of dishes
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen
• Inspecting equipment for proper functionality
• Training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience as a chef in a professional setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1600/monthly
