Chef - Doha

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1600 per month, and are prepared to consider foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding culinary skills, with the ability to create innovative dishes that combine flavors and textures. They should be passionate about food, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to presentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills will also be essential.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare high quality meals according to recipes
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are adhered to
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales etc.
• Create menus that appeal to customers
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes and techniques

Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of food safety regulations & HACCP standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A creative approach to menu design
