Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1800 SAR (negotiable)

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, gather data related to land use, and analyze and compile survey results for various projects. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveying operations such as boundary surveys, topographic mapping, route surveying, and hydrographic surveying.
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations, electronic theodolites, GPS receivers, and scanners to measure distances and angles accurately.
• Collect data on terrain features such as heights of ridges and elevations of bodies of water.
• Analyze collected data using computer programs to create maps and drawings that accurately represent the surveyed area.
• Verify accuracy of survey data by comparing with existing plans or legal records.
• Prepare detailed reports that document survey results including conclusions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted throughout the project period.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in land surveying or related field required.
• Knowledge of survey equipment and techniques including total station instruments, GPS receivers, scanners, etc..
• Ability to read blueprints or engineering plans is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping purposes is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail is essential for this role.
