Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages. The Barista will be expected to maintain an inviting atmosphere in our café by ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting customers in a friendly manner
-Preparing espresso drinks according to established recipes
-Maintaining cleanliness of café area at all times -Answering customer questions about menu items and promotions -Upselling additional items when appropriate -Accepting payment from customers -Ensuring stock levels are maintained throughout the day -Performing opening/closing duties as assigned
