Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1800 KD/month

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a warehouse and related operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely

- Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products

- Plan layout of warehouse and maintain efficient space utilization

- Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement where necessary

- Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels on a regular basis

- Supervise staff performance including training of new employees

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations as well as company policies & procedures

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record in managing a warehouse or similar role

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Good problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
