The successful candidate will lead our marketing initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies that promote the company brand and increase sales. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues, driving successful campaigns across multiple channels, creating innovative ideas to increase brand recognition, working with the creative team to create engaging content and ensuring that all projects are completed on time. You will also be responsible for developing marketing plans for new products or services, tracking the success of campaigns to ensure their effectiveness and making sure that all campaigns meet legal requirements.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field as well as at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You must possess strong leadership abilities and communication skills as well as excellent project management skills and knowledge of digital marketing techniques. In addition, you must have an understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics in order to track campaign performance. Knowledge of SEO techniques would also be beneficial.
