We are looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh with an attractive salary of 1500. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties. The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor is to measure land areas, complete topographical surveys and accurately map plots of land. You must use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations and survey software to conduct your surveys and produce accurate results. You will also be responsible for researching the legal documents related to the land area in question and preparing reports on survey findings.

The successful applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years experience as a Land Surveyor and hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field. A good understanding of mathematics and relevant surveying laws is essential as well as an ability to read maps, interpret aerial photography and work independently in challenging terrain is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to effectively liaise with clients from various backgrounds.
