Responsibilities
• Developing strategies for meeting sales objectives
• Managing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervising sales staff and providing guidance in order to meet targets
• Ensuring that all members of the sales team are up-to-date on product knowledge
• Analyzing information such as customer data, competitor activities and market trends in order to make decisions on pricing, product offerings and services
• Monitoring sales performance against targets and taking corrective action where necessary
• Creating reports on sales performance and progress
• Liaising with other departments such as marketing, finance, operations etc. in order to ensure smooth running of the business
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to work under pressure & manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
