Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Chef to join our team in Doha. You will be expected to ensure the efficient running of the kitchen and preparing amazing dishes for our guests. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation, training and managing junior staff, overseeing all areas of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene, ordering supplies, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Knowledge of current culinary trends
• Knowledge of food safety management systems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work with foreign chefs is preferred
