Job Duties

- Inspect drainage systems for clogs or leaks.
- Replace broken fixtures or piping as needed.
- Use hand tools such as wrenches and pipes cutters.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials such as lead or asbestos.
- Follow local building codes when performing repairs or installations.
- Maintain records of service and repair work performed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing installation or repair work
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing work
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams of piping systems
- Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches and pipe cutters
