We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, as well as carrying out daily tasks such as cleaning and stocking the coffee bar. We expect that the candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

The successful candidate should be passionate about making great coffee and providing excellent customer service. He/she must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ability to learn quickly and follow instructions is essential for this role. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations is also desirable.

The Barista will be expected to ensure that all drinks are prepared consistently according to company standards while adhering to health and safety procedures in place at the coffee shop. He/she should also proactively engage with customers, build relationships with them, and promote our products when necessary.
