Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven working experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients.

Job Duties:
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence).
