Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company recipes or customers' orders
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the cafe area at all times
• Receive payment from customers and make change as necessary
• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Stock refrigerators, shelves, and displays with product inventory

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required • Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is preferred • Ability to follow directions accurately • Possess excellent customer service skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time while working • High school diploma or equivalent
