Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QR per month
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to use different types of office equipment (computers, photocopiers, scanners etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a multinational environment
• Bachelor degree preferred but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar for the position. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and other communications
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Make travel arrangements for staff members
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Schedule meetings and appointments
