Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in similar positions, and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest areas are kept clean and organized. You will be responsible for managing staff, organizing schedules, and monitoring performance. You will also investigate any customer complaints and take corrective action as necessary. Additionally, you will ensure that all standards for cleanliness and safety are met, and that all supplies are properly stocked.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You must be able to work with minimal supervision, while still being able to lead a team effectively.
