UX Designer – Al-Kuwait (1400 Salary)
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Al-Kuwait office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of user experience best practices. The selected individual should be able to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the desired results are achieved.

Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes and visual designs that meet user needs while also meeting business objectives.
• Conduct research to gain insight into user behavior, motivations, and preferences.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile applications.
• Develop prototypes, mockups, storyboards, and other design documents as needed.
• Prepare detailed specifications that developers can use when creating software programs.
• Evaluate existing applications from a UX perspective and recommend improvements as needed.
• Analyze usability testing data to identify areas of improvement in existing applications or products.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, design or related field preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
