Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a combination of technical skills and experience, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in land surveying and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 SAR/month. We are also willing to consider applicants from abroad who can demonstrate they have the right skills and experience for this position.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for surveying land, reading technical documents, researching title records, conducting research on boundary lines, taking measurements, mapping out boundaries, and preparing maps of survey results. They must be able to use GPS systems, Total Stations, and other survey equipment accurately and safely. The Land Surveyor will also be responsible for calculating elevation points and making estimates about land features such as water flow or soil composition.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English as well as strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. They should also have an understanding of relevant laws related to land surveying in Saudi Arabia.
