We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions.

The Supervisor will manage staff members and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for setting goals, providing feedback, delegating tasks, developing individual performance plans, monitoring progress, resolving conflicts, and conducting performance reviews. They will also be involved in hiring decisions, training programs, budgeting processes, and other administrative tasks.

To succeed as a Supervisor in this role, you should have extensive experience leading teams of individuals towards successful results. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff as well as other stakeholders. You should also possess strong organizational skills to efficiently handle daily operations. Furthermore, you should have a good understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee rights and responsibilities.
