Job Summary:

We are a busy bar in Al-Kuwait looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. This position will require a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have no prior experience but be willing to learn the art of mixology and bar management in order to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1200 KD per month.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role is providing superior customer service at all times. This includes taking orders from customers, preparing drinks according to their preferences, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and managing cash payments accurately. Additionally, you will need to keep up with industry trends by attending trainings offered by the company or independently researching new drink recipes or techniques. Finally you must ensure that all health & safety regulations are followed at all times and that any complaints or issues are promptly addressed.

Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (and/or Arabic)
Ability to work well under pressure
Able to multitask efficiently
Knowledgeable about different types of alcohols & mixers
Ability to handle cash payments accurately Ability to follow instructions precisely & adhere to health & safety regulations
