Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1400 QAR/month

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to reach maximum performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Establish strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Analyze competitor data and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Oversee daily operations of the sales team including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management
• Prepare reports on sales activities to present to upper management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent environment
• Proven track record of successful sales results with ability to analyze data effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
