Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesman to join our team in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their career in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales for our company and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads for the company.
• Develop relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded on a monthly basis.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to recommend changes in strategy or tactics that will improve results.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including customer profiles, inquiries and quotes.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback and other areas as required.
• Represent the company at relevant trade shows or industry events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales related role; prior experience working in Qatar is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively; fluency in both Arabic & English language preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads; attention to detail is essential.
• Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team; innovative problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Salary Information:
This position offers an annual salary of 1000 QAR, plus commission based on performance targets achieved each month/quarter/yearly basis depending on company policy at the time of hire/renewal agreement with employee if applicable .
