Job Title: Florist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300QR per month

We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating floral arrangements for our customers. You must have an eye for detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of flowers and the ability to select the right combinations of colors and textures to create beautiful arrangements. You must also have excellent customer service skills and an ability to understand customer needs in order to provide the best possible service. You should also be able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Designing floral arrangements according to customer specifications
• Maintaining freshness of flowers by keeping them hydrated
• Upselling products such as vases, cards, etc., when appropriate
• Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Maintaining a clean working environment at all times
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Keeping up to date with trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a florist or similar role
• Experience working with fresh cut flowers and foliage • Knowledge of flower varieties, colors, textures, etc.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to understand customer needs • Attention to detail • Flexible approach with excellent problem-solving skills • Willingness to consider an immigrant (if applicable)
