Surveyor Job in Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with a keen eye for detail to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data and developing plans for surveying projects. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the local area and be able to work independently or as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 with potential for growth.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collect data from various sources such as aerial photographs, ground surveys, maps, and other documents
• Prepare plans and drawings of survey sites
• Analyze survey data using specialized software
• Determine the precise location of land boundaries
• Develop reports and make presentations on survey results
• Perform research on current laws affecting property boundaries
• Update records with any changes in property lines or boundary markers
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications for tender documents related to surveying projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geomatics/Surveying/Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or related field
• Licensure as a professional Surveyor (Registered Land Surveyor) is preferred but not required
• Experience working with GIS mapping software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD is preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of local area geography and terrain
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
