We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable barista to join our coffee shop in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and display excellent communication skills when handling orders from customers.

The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing coffee-based beverages according to company recipes, ensuring the accuracy of all orders. They must also have the ability to maintain a clean work environment and observe all safety procedures as well as proper cash handling techniques. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience and providing exceptional customer service in accordance with our standards.

The successful candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should also be familiar with basic food safety guidelines, as well as the relevant health regulations in place regarding food preparation.

We offer an attractive salary of 1600 SAR per month, with performance incentives available for those who excel in this role.
