Job Opening: Housekeeping Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage a staff of housekeeping employees, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are well taken care of and meet high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned according to established standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire regulations, health regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as necessary.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for housekeeping operations.
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques.
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role required; experience in luxury hotel preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills required. • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential; additional language knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Salary: 1100 AED per month (negotiable based on experience). We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
