Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to manage and coordinate the housekeeping operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position. No experience is required.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including staffing, scheduling, training and quality control
• Ensure the hotel meets all health and safety regulations
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to housekeeping
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, uniforms and other items as needed
• Recruit, interview, hire, train new housekeeping staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on a regular basis
• Respond promptly to guest requests or problems

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality/hotel management is preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff members
• Understanding of health & safety regulations in the workplace
