Merchandiser (Women only, without Accommodation) - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a female Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients. She should also possess excellent organizational skills in order to properly manage and display merchandise according to customer preferences.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing plans for merchandise displays
- Coordinating with store teams to ensure proper placement of merchandise
- Analyzing customer preferences and making recommendations on product placement
- Maintaining inventory levels while monitoring stock levels
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive prices on products
- Creating attractive visual displays that will entice customers
- Educating customers on product features and benefits
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing or business preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or related field
- Proven understanding of merchandising principles and practices, sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service principles, and retail standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with store teams in order to achieve desired results
Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality or those who do not require English language proficiency; however all qualified candidates will be considered.
