Duties
• Designing and developing new processes and products in the chemical industry
• Ensuring the safety of employees and equipment during operations
• Overseeing the production process from start to finish and monitoring quality control standards
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise throughout production or development stages
• Developing cost effective solutions to ensure efficient use of resources and materials
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical industry • Excellent knowledge of chemical processes, laboratory techniques, safety protocols, etc. • Excellent problem solving skills with strong analytical ability • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical industry • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
