Job Title: Secretary (No English Required, Without Experience) – Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have no experience and any nationality is welcome.

The main duties of this role will be to answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage diaries and calendars, and provide other administrative support as required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to coordinate meetings and take minutes when needed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They must also have a strong organizational skillset and be comfortable working independently. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required. This position is open to all genders.
