Job Title: Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced and organized Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management and control of all stock across the warehouse.

The Inventory Manager will manage the entire inventory cycle, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, labeling, shipping and tracking of all items. They will ensure that all products are stored safely and securely in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A biometric passport holder is preferred but not required. We are also open to hiring Indian candidates who have a good command of English language.

Primary responsibilities:
• Manage the entire inventory cycle from purchasing to shipping
• Receive incoming goods into the warehouse and ensure correct stock levels are maintained
• Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis to identify any discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy of inventory numbers in the database
• Develop effective strategies to optimize stock levels based on customer demand
• Ensure that all items are stored safely and securely according to company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the stock control system
• Monitor stock movements across multiple warehouses and locations
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery times
• Develop processes for efficient supply chain management

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures (FIFO, FEFO)
• Working knowledge of data analysis techniques (e.g., forecasting) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Good understanding of supply chain operations Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Ability to work independently or within a team environment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
