Office Clerk (Part Time, Experienced)
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Indians)
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is part-time and requires prior experience in a similar role. We offer visa sponsorship for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Managing customer accounts and updating relevant information
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person or department
• Performing general office duties such as photocopying and scanning documents
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working as an Office Clerk or in a related field is required
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independently
