Office Assistant, Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced office assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a full-time position with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided. We prefer candidates from India who do not need to speak English for the position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff on a daily basis. This includes tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, and managing other clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, the office assistant should have good customer service skills and be able to handle inquiries from clients in a professional manner. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also necessary. Previous experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
