Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial engineering or a related field and experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship and no accommodation provided. We strongly prefer applicants who are Indian nationals or who can speak fluent Hindi. The primary responsibility of the Industrial Engineer is to improve efficiency and productivity through process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvement projects. The successful applicant will analyze processes and systems, develop solutions to optimize performance, and design or modify existing machines and equipment to meet production needs. Additional duties include creating detailed reports on process optimization results and forecasting future trends, as well as implementing new strategies for process improvement.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with colleagues across disciplines.
