Secretary vacancy in Yanbu Saudi Arabia

Secretary - Malayalee Nationality Preferred - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. Malayalee nationality is preferred but not required.

Your duties will include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails and other correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents for meetings, organizing files, providing administrative support to our team, and other duties as assigned. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while still following company guidelines.

Strong written and verbal English language skills are not required for this position; however, you must be comfortable communicating in Arabic or Malayalam.
